Our Director, Daz, has over 15 years in building experience. Starting his construction journey building new homes and extensions with a residential builder in Melbourne. He then explored the Commercial & Industrial building sectors in the construction of hospitals and apartments, hotel refurbishment, along with office, factory and retail fit out projects.

Before venturing out on his own, Daz spent just under 10 years working as a Leading Hand Carpenter/Site Manager for a Melbourne based Construction & Fit Out company. Delivering high end property renovations & full floor office fit outs along with all kinds of building maintenance.

Our Story

DJL Builds was then established in early 2020. After spending 4 years of hard work on the side designing & re-building his own 4 bedroom dream home in Melbourne. It was during this time that he became more and more inspired and passionate about transforming homes into a place that people love to live in.
